Graphic Design/Multimedia Volunteer
OVP is in need of a graphic design volunteer to assist in the assembly of a 6-8 page annual report. Staff will provide content and the volunteer will work with staff to assemble the report into a PDF document. Knowledge of and access to InDesign is essential. OVP also has a mass of uncut footage from the villages in Sierra Leone and needs assistance editing and polishing them into usable format. This will require basic editing skills such as slicing clips, editing out awkward pauses, and adding subtitles. Finished videos will be featured in our media and outreach initiatives.

Seeking a volunteer Administrative Assistant for an entrepreneurial, start-up nonprofit that utilizes business approaches to improve the quality of life for those living in extreme poverty in rural villages in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
Working 5-10 hours per week, the Administrative Assistant supports all aspects of OneVillage Partners’ operations in the U.S. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Take meeting minutes
• Create Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
• Conduct web searches
• Maintain paper and electronic files
• General clerical duties, such as scanning, copying and mailing
• Other tasks as requested
• Administrative experience preferred
• Written and oral communication skills
• Computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
• Strong ability to work independently
• Energy, enthusiasm, and innovation in problem solving.
Competitive candidates should be able to commit to the position for at least six months.
